LET'S TEACH OUR BRAIN TO BE GRATEFUL!

Tap through the following exercise 2x a day. 


KARATE CHOP:   Even though I don't always notice what I DO have and often complain
                       about what I don't have, I do love and accept myself anyway
.

                               Even though I don't always notice what I already have and focus
                              instead of what I don't have and haven't realized that in doing this
                              I'm bringing more of what I don't want to me, I do love and accept
                              myself anyway.  
                             

                              I'm now consciously aware that I must shift my
                              thinking to what I already have and to be grateful for that. I do
                              love and accept myself and am grateful for my life. 

TOP OF HEAD:  I don't appreciate what I already do have

EYEBROW:   More good things can't come to me if I don't notice and
                        appreciate what I already have.

SIDE OF EYE:  I'm unconsciously magnifying what I don't want.

UNDER EYE:  I complain about what I don't have.

UNDER NOSE:  I'm bringing more of what I don't want to me.

CHIN:  I forgive myself because I didn't realize any different

COLLARBONE:  Now I do.  Now I know what to focus on.

UNDER ARM:  I choose to be grateful for what I DO already have.

WRISTS:  I choose to notice all the good things that are already in my life.

 TOP OF HEAD:  I'm grateful for my freedom, my warm home, my life.

EYEBROW:   I'm grateful for all the wonderful opportunities that come my way.

SIDE OF EYE:  I'm grateful for my country, friends, neighbors, neighborhood.

UNDER EYE:  I'm grateful for my job and income.

UNDER NOSE:  I'm grateful for being awake and aware enough to study Alternative therapies.

CHIN:  I'm grateful for the like-minded people that I meet at Workshops.

COLLARBONE:  I'm grateful for my new path in life.  I finally LOVE what I am doing.

UNDER ARM:  I'm grateful for my loving family, a bed to sleep in, my health, heat, lights
                          food, and all modern conveniences.

WRIST:    I'm grateful for a loving partner who accepts and respects and supports me!
                   (do this even if you don't yet have one.  Do it to ATTRACT one)

TOP OF HEAD:  I'm grateful for transportation, for the ability to drive, for the opportunity
                              to explore other countries, for my education, for all my special gifts
                             that I've been blessed with that are unique to me.  Look all the world over, 
                             there's noone exactly like me.  I have a unique purpose here for which I
                             am SO very grateful!!!! 

 COLLARBONE:   I'm grateful for my health.  What a blessing to be able to get around
                                 to be able to see, to hear, to interact with others.  I am so grateful!

 

 

 





FORGIVENESS: 


CLEAN YOUR SLATE AND OPEN YOURSELF TO HEALING BY FORGIVING!

 

Forgiveness means GIVING UP.....LETTING GO. It has
NOTHING to do with condoning behavior.

Choose to release the past and forgive everyone,
ourselves included.

We may not know HOW and we may not WANT to
but the very fact that we say we are WILLING begins
the healing process
.

KARATE CHOP:  Even though there could be several people whom I've never forgiven,
                               including myself, I now choose to release all my past resentments
                               and to forgive all others AND myself.  I have done the best I could
                               given the resources and knowledge that I had at the time.  Everyone
                               else has done the best they could given the understandings they've
                               had at the time.  We are ALL doing the best we can and we all release
                               all resentment and love and accept ourselves and each other.

TOP OF HEAD:  There are people I've never forgiven.

EYEBROW:  I choose to release all past resentments.

SIDE OF EYE:  I forgive all others AND myself.

UNDER EYE:  Maybe the hardest one to forgive is myself.

UNDER NOSE:  I've done the best I could

CHIN:  No, I've not.  I could have done better.

COLLARBONE:  How could I have done better?  If I could have, I would have.

UNDER ARM:  Everyone else does the best they can given their circumstances.

WRIST:  We all do the best we can until we know better.

TOP OF HEAD:  When we know better, we do better.

EYEBROW:  I know better now.  I am doing better now.

SIDE OF EYE:  I choose to forgive.

UNDER EYE:  I now forgive myself and all others.

UNDER NOSE:  I've done the best I can and so have they

CHIN:  We are all doing the best we can and as we grow and evolve, we do better.

COLLARBONE:  I am constantly doing better.

UNDER ARM:  I forgive everyone, including myself

WRIST:  I choose to forgive and let go of all resentments.

TOP OF HEAD:  I now let go of all old resentments!
